i never got a product key by email, i gave them my msn email box.

i never got an product key in an email. i use msn.com for email. not even a letter from them.

Check your junk mail folder, if you are lucky if may still be there.

Likely not, Hotmail has a nasty habit of a 5-day flush from the Junk Mail folder.
